“The provider” means Aromaria, represented by Maria CHRISTOPHE. “The client” means any individual or company who has signed a quote or ordered a perfume bar service for an event.

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Aromaria and its clients for any perfume bar service at an event (setting up the bar, hosting guests, handing over the bottles). Placing an order means accepting these terms in full.

All prices are in euros and include tax. Aromaria may change its prices at any time, but your event is always invoiced at the price shown on the quote you signed.

The booking is confirmed once the client signs the quote and pays any deposit set out in it. The quote states the date, the venue, how long we stay, the number of bottles and the total price.

Payment can be made by cheque, in cash or by bank transfer, on the terms and dates set out in the quote.

Under articles L.221-18 onwards of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Under article L.221-28 of the same code, this right does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date.

Cancellation terms are set out in the quote. Aromaria cannot be held liable where a service cannot be provided, or is delayed, because of an event of force majeure as defined under French law.

Our services are covered by the French statutory guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 onwards of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 onwards of the Civil Code). Complaints can be sent by e-mail and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Everything on aromaria.fr — text, photographs, videos, the logo and the visual identity — is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Anything you send through the quote form is used only to reply to you and to prepare your quote. It is never sold or passed on to anyone else. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can ask us by e-mail to see, correct or delete your data.

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises we will always try to settle it amicably first; if that is not possible, the French courts alone have jurisdiction.
